This trick can be thrown in anywhere. Just take the hat behind your back and stick it your elbow.
This is easiest if you get your upper arm as horizontal as possible and swing the hat on to it. Once the hat is there lift it up as high as you can.
When you turn around to look for the hat remember that turning away from it is funny; turning towards it is just plain stupid ;o)
