Hold hat in an inside grip, crown facing forwards. Lift your upper arm until
your elbow is level with your shoulder, then swing your lower arm from the
front backwards, releasing the hat at the last moment with the usual flick of
the wrist. Catch in a Crown Grip, or anyhow you like.
For (serious ammounts of) bonus points, catch it on your head instead of in your hand.
