Description |
Flat Throw |
The plate is held flat and thrown vertically with no spin. |
Horizontal Throw |
The plate is held flat by its edge and thrown with spin in the horizontal plane only. |
Pancake Throw |
The plate is held flat and thrown vertically, but spins around its horizontal axis, like a pancake being flipped in a pan. It can also be thrown as a reverse pancake |
Vertical Throw |
The plate is held and thrown vertically, and spins in the vertical plane. Jugglers will recognise this as the way that rings are usually thrown. |
